have severe abdominal pain I ve had this pain for over 2 years and have not seen a doctor I have horrible social anxiety and it is hard to let someone I don t know look at and touch my body even tho I know this is normal it freaks me out. The pain comes and goes but 95 % of the time the pain is here I cannot pass gas or make a bowl moment even tho I can feel it s right there. When I feel my starting to want to release gas or have a bm my stomach starts to hurt very badly to the point where I sweat and sometimes have vomited from pain and I still can not release it i feel like my intestines are twisted or something I ve changed my diet 100 times it does not help right now there is so much pain I my lower stomach I ve had this constant pain for over a week it feels like my intestines are going to burst
