General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The 7 mm lesion of the uterus will not give immense pain in the uterus and abdomen. There can be an associated hormone imbalance or other issues responsible for the pain.

There is no requirement of any sort of surgery with 7 mm lesion in the uterus and you can have a baby normally with that issue.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
