What Causes Severe Pain In Right-sided Neck, Arm And Dizziness?

Yes, I have a history of heart problems. I have had 2 medium heart attacks and 1 severe MI event. I also have a pacemaker installed a year ago. I am 41 years old at this time. I am on digoxin and a beta blocker. I have a past pattern of elevated BP. After my pacemaker I ran at 117/65 consistently. Now I have went from 185/135 to 136/92, as low as 94/60 Today my wife and I went out for a day of shopping. Now home I am have severe pain up the right side of my neck, my arm is very painful. and hurts to move it. I am also dizzy rather I sit or stand. I am concerned of a stroke. Is these symtoms something I need checked now????

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cardiac condition you have then what ever the symptoms of chest pain or pain of head neck region all of that needs to be ruled out for cardiac even and it can not be taken as granted in my opinion it is better to get done the EKG and ECHO, till then Tab Diclofenac 50 mg once in day can be tried hope this information helps.
I find this answer helpful
