What Causes Severe Pain In Penis Radiating To Inner Thigh, Left Leg And Knee?

Dear Dr. Rynne, I know this sounds crazy, but for the last several weeks I've had pain orginating from my him to the inside of my inner thigh, almost like ipulled my leg out of it's socket. Now the pain radiates down my left leg to my kneww. It's like a rubberband has snapped in my left leg. It's difficult getting into and out of the car and ibuprofen and heating pads switched with cold packs are not helping. Any idea? My right leg, hip, knee and foot are perfectly fine, no problems. Im a teacher so I move all the time, but this past week I had to instruct from my chair! Thank you for your assistance, Jen

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Jen and welcome.

First of all, before we jump into any possibilties or conclusions we will require an X-ray examination of both hops to better evaluate and understand the situation. Only after examining the X-ray films can we reach a diagnosis and accordingly direct you towards the treatment.

But for now, rest is highly recommended and I would advise against further delaying the diagnosis.

Best wishes.
