Hey i am 24 male... My foreskin is conected to my penis n i find it vry painful whn penis erect to its full size because skin doesn t moves back totally...i hv heard that it breaks out naturally bt i am 24 in my case it has nt yet broken... Is there ny solution for it..?

I have read your problem.
This is not a rare condition or anything very serious.
It is called phymosis.
Consult a general surgeon, the treatment will be as follows :
-- examination and see the possibility of retracting the skin with lubrication .
if yes, then that will have to be continued on your own for a few days.
__ otherwise it wiil have to be corrected with a small surgery for opening the skin--- a dorsal slit operation OR a circumcison, where the contracted skin is cut off.
