What Causes Severe Pain In Neck Along With Restricted Movement?
My neck is very painful ,it has become a bit worse every day for the past week, this morning I couldn t turn my head in bed without it hurting badly ,with difficulty I maniged to get up and am now sitting in a easy chair,but it hurts to turn my neck either way! What should I do?

You can take antiinflammatory drugs such Advil for pain. Take Muscoflex for muscle relaxation. You should do an X-ray of the neck consult a rheumatologist about its conditions.
