What Causes Severe Pain In Muscles And Mild Headache On Intake Of MDMA?

I stupidly took mdma at 10:30. I soon after began to feel fairly unwell, extremely tired I could have slept not long after taking it and achy muscles. I'm now to panicked to fall asleep encase I don't wake up. And my glands seem to be hurting a little with a slight headache. Is this normal side effects?

I really appreciate your concern, this may not be side effect of drug but this could be your over consciousness, and panic attack, just try to control your thoughts and everything would be fine soon just take this easy, take care.
