What Causes Severe Pain In Middle Of Back And Nausea?

I m having severe pain in my sides that wraps around to my middle back. Its making me very nauseated. I went to the doctor and they said it was a strained muscle but I ve never had one make me feel sick like this and its been over a week sinse this first started.

Such muscular pain happens due to poor posture either in sleeping or walking and this cause muscular spasm that can be thought right now because what the brief history given here, and this can be best managed with "Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen" three times in day. take care, have a nice day.
