What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back And Knee?

I have pain in my foot which is getting worse day by day...but also along with that I am having pain start in my other ankle and foot....also knee and low back are now in pain..as well Myra s are starting to hurt in the joints....I did have slight pain in my right foot on and off for awhile but not to this excruciating level...difficult to walk now without pain. I had a spider bite me about a month ago while I was sleeping and the area was extremely itchy for over the last month...since that time these symptoms have worsened....my question is this...can a spider bite cause the symptoms I am having or would there be another reason that should be investigated.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain in lower back and knee. Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like arthritis , disc problem , tendinitis , osteoarthritis , gout , bursitis , sciatica or chondromalacia . I would suggest you to consult orthopedic surgeon for proper examination . Doctor may order certain tests like CT scan , MRI and physical examination . Doctor may prescribe muscle relaxant along with anti inflammatory and recommend physical therapy . Doctor may also recommend exercises according to your condition after proper disgnosis . Doctor may also recommend surgery in severe damage or disc problem . For now apply warm compresses , take proper rest and take ibuprofen or acetaminophen for pain . You can also apply anti inflammatory and analgesic cream like voletra . Do not exercises of your own without the advice of expert .
