What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Back And Buttocks Post Trauma?

I just now slipped and fell on ice straight on my butt very very hard! I couldn t get right up and was light headed and dizzy for maybe 10 minutes after ! There was a doctor who saw me fall and made sure I could walk but now I m in a lot of pain and my stomache is cramping pretty bad! My butt and lower back hurt bad as well ! I m in the middle of nowhere ! Could I have anything major wrong ??

Thanks for the query.
I understand your concern.
Fall on butts on hard surface is likely to cause soft tissue injury( Skin, muscles,)/bony lesion - A strong hit injuring bone.. but no fracture., frank fracture of joint/ individual bone/broken or injured tendons/ ligaments.Or a strong jerk to vertebral column leading to slip disc, nerve compression.
you should consult an orthopedic surgeon, get investigated ( MRI/ CT Scan.. as per need ) this will pin point the cause .. followed by specific treatment( medicines, Rest followed by physiotherapy/ Reduction of fracture & plaster / Surgery in some cases ... )
* Till then you should take rest/have light nutritive diet/ Oral NSAID drugs like Combiflam after food./ apply muscle relaxant ointment GENTLY. .. no massage please till advised otherwise by orthopedic doctor.
