What Causes Severe Pain In Lower Abdomen With Extremely Dry Mouth?
Hi, I have a pain from the lower middle to the lower right side of my stomach. It is almost unbareable. I have had it for a few hours now. I vomitted once before. I ve tried a few things but nothing seems to be helping. Sitting/ lying in different positions doesnt ease the pain either. My mouth also keeps getting very dry. I haven t eaten much today. What could this be?

From history it seems that you might be having acute appendicitis pain producing typical lower right abdomen with vomiting.
Due to acute infection you might be having fever or dry mouth.
Consult your doctor and get examined.
On clinical examination it will give perfect clue about your problem.
Ultrasound will give exact nature of your problem.
Take plenty of water and keep well hydrated.
