What Causes Severe Pain In Left Side Of Chest And Voice Hoarseness?
I have been having severe pain in the left side of my chest when i breath and goes straight through to the left side of my back, my voice has also been becoming horse and i have been having headaches and am very concerned this has been going on for a week?
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have severe pain in left side of chest and voice hoarseness . Well the symptoms you mention in query can occur due to may reasons like bronchitis , GERD , viral pharyngitis , sjogren's syndrome , strep throat , laryngitis and cardiac problem . I would suggest you to consult cardiologist first to rule out more serious condition . Doctor may order ECG , TMT , troponin t test , complete blood profile and electorate level . Doctor may prescribe isosorbid nitrate , aspirin , sedative , frusamide and betablockers . Doctor may also refer you to chest specialist or ENT specialist if problem will be related with chest or ear , nose and throat . For now stay calm , do not exert your body and do warm saline gargles .
