I had left knee surgery last August. My right knee was always good to strong. Approximately 2-3 months ago my doctor suggested knee gel injections as I still had discomfort in my left knee. He also suggested that I get gel injection in right knee for extra insurance and support of that knee. Since the injection I have had tremendous pain in both knees (also on back of knee- particularly the right one). On a scale of 1-10 I would say it has been as bad as 8. I am now trying supplements and bengay as well as bandages. I was going to YOGA but had to miss this week because pain is so bad. Any suggestions (replacement out of question).
