What Causes Severe Pain In Ear?

I had a fall on tr thwhe curvewalking the dog and fell on the right side of mybody hiting my head on the rigt siadis very tender with pain and the ears hurt badly also I had a x ray and catscran done it been a month a go what can I do the pain is awful

You might have suffered local injury to the ear if your cat scan was normal. Take some pain killer tablet available, keep your ear dry. Check out whether ear pain is there even at rest or only with movement of ear/pinna. If yes you should use antibiotic laced cotton wick in your ear, and consult local ENT surgeon.
