I am experiencing terrible pain in my chest. Feels like is burning and is sharp and stabing. My throat is really dry and i feel a wierd sensation around my neck almost like somebody is tying something around it. A week before i had pharyngitis and the doctor gave me antibiotics and medrol. I got better but now i cant bare this chest pain and i feel ill. I dont kbow what to do. It hurts when Breath in and mainly when i breath out! Help
