hello, my name is Genesis and I am 23 years old, i was laying down when all of a sudden it felt as if i was in panic my chest felt tight not pain just tight and i couldnt speak because everytime i spoke i could barely breath. my left hand didnt stop trembling and so did other parts of my body. I also, had tears running down my eyes constantly. I feel dizzy and now is happening more often, the next day i went to work and it happened so i had to take a seat after a while it went away and a blood spot appeared on my right eye. Dont know whats going on but i am very worried.
