Hi, I am 32y old woman actively trying for baby with my husband. This month I have experienced some unusual symptoms which got me worried. My last period was December 26 (usual c. length is 28-30 days). However, last week I had very unusual pain in my breasts - almost shooting pains in nipples and 10 days before expected period (usually they become sensitive 3 days before). Yesterday I had two or three stabbing pains in lower abdomen and today I have dull ache there and in my lower back. This is highly untypical and I do not know what to make of it. Can you tell me do I need to schedule a visit to my OB-GYN asap or can this be pregnancy symptom?
