What Causes Severe Pain In Arm And Chest For Few Minutes?

yes i have a question well i was having a drink or two on the weekend with some freind when my chest began to have sharp pains as well as both my arm and the pain was radiating down my arm but after like 15 20 min it was gone and later that night the pain came back

I can understand your situation and problem.
Recurrent chest pain with radiation in arms is seen commonly with heart diseases.
You are also taking alcohol, so possibility of heart related pain is more in your case.
So better to quit alcohol as soon as possible.
Get done ecg, 2d echo, stress test (trade mill test) and coronary Angiography if required.
You may need cardiac supportive drugs.
Don't worry, you will be alright, but quit alcohol and rule out heart diseases.
