What Causes Severe Pain In Abdomen?

Hello,Last Thursday night I have severe abdominal pain, from the upper abdominal tight down to the bottom right. Then, on Friday noon my whole body shaking with cold and light fever at 38.6 degree. My abdominal pain still didn t go away even until today. My fever come and go till Saturday. I had watery stool on Saturday & Sunday. I don t have appetite from Friday till Sunday. I just had sandwich. Today my pain has faded away but on and off I feel like needle inject on my right side and as well as cramping on my stomach. Do I really need to go the hospital? What is actually do you think about my disease? By the way from the past 1 year my weight has been reduced from 45kg to 41kg now. This is the 4th time I have the same pain and problem.

hi,
considering your weight loss and recurrent abdominal pain, possibility of abdominal tuberculosis has to be ruled out and for that complete lab work and ct scan of abdomen is advisable.
