What Causes Severe Pain From The Right Knee To The Thigh?
severe pain in R knee which runs down into my calf and up into my upper thigh. I have seen an Orthopedic surgeon and he removed 40 cc cloudy fluid from that knee and injected lidocaine and Solumedrol. That was on Monday of last week. Now my knee is hurting again and I can hardly walk due to the pain.

welcome to HealthcareMagic ..you have to visit orthopaedic surgeon again as you need urgent xray knee as there may be again fluid collection in joint ..also undergo lab examination of aspirated fluid ..till your visit to your ortho doctor you may take any painkiller if you have with you at home .with regards dr varinder joshi
