What Causes Severe Pain Between The Shoulder And Elbow?

I am having pain in my right arm between shoulder & elbow. No injury that I can recall. Has been hurting for months, worse when I sleep on it, or using a mouse at work. It feels better when my arm is close by my side. More of a muscle pain, very sore when massaged, maybe like a tendonitis? No swelling. Just can t seem to get rid of it.

Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, this could be muscular spasm and second this could be neuritis, for the muscular spasm poor posture may be the reason, and for this you need to maintain good posture in medication I would suggest the following drugs, if this is neuritis then this need to be investigation and this need to be done according to your age and gender, which is missing here else I would have given some advise,
1) Tab Chlorzoxazone with Acetaminophen three times in day
