Hi,

I think your having bloating of the lower abdomen. it may lead pain in the lower abdomen stretching against tight belt may gives pain. Other possibilities like Irritable bowel syndrome or inflammatory bowel problems or food intolerance etc. Avoid tight clothes and belts. use tablet Rifaximin thrice a day for five days. Avoid alcohol and smoking, avoid caffeinated drinks. If symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
