What Causes Severe Pain And Wetness Around The Rectal Area?

I have a painful mass outside the anus and under my nuts. It is constantly wet. Also a very painful hard mass inside butt cheek that is extremely painful.Been to er twice. Had a ct and it is not an infection. How can i get them to admit me and remove them. The pain is a 9 or 10. Thank you.

i would like to know more history regarding the type of lesions, their growth, ulceration,erosion,itching,erythma,discharge. also about your sexual history.

or now.. u can take strong painkillers like tramadol. and consult doctor for future management prospects.
