What Causes Severe Pain And Tingling Sensation In The Shoulder And Upper Arm?
I have severe pain in my right arm & shoulder & even down to my wrist & hand. Some tingling & no matter how I position my arm the pain is still severe mostly in the upper arm & shoulder area I have had this now for 2 days & get some relief with asprin. I have had rotator cuff repair surgery 20 years ago for an injury in this arm!

Your symptoms seem to be related to a pinched nerve in the shoulder. I recommend using anti-inflammatory medication such as Acetaminophen daily.
I also recommend maintaining the area immobilised to prevent further damage.
