What Causes Severe Pain And Stiffness In The Left Knee And Calf Muscles?
I am having pain and extreme stiffness centered behind my left knee which extends down into the calf. It is especially bad after walking for some different. There was no injury, and there is no bruising or swelling that I can see. However, I have very thick, fat legs so it is hard to tell.

Here you are having calf muscle pain..
So cause has to be searched than treated accordingly...
Here muscle strain or tendinitis might be responsible and for that ibuprofen drug given and rest done
Peripheral arterial disease suspected if pain stays for long time and if swelling develops.... If needed for that colour doppler can be done
Rule diabetes by RBS as diabetic neuropathy is among common causes
Avoid smoking if habit
Consult physician for general examination and neurological examination
