What Causes Severe Pain And Spasms In The Lower Back?
I m 55 year old female. My lower back goes into spasms, sharp pains in the middle of my back. my rib feels like it is slipping out of place, My ankle gives out now and then when I m walking, my right knee goes out on me and looks like it is moving to the right when I walk. My hips feel like they are popping out of place and every now and then my finger gets stuck in place and I have to straighten it back out. I feel like my body is falling apart. I have been dealing with allot of this for years but it seems to be getting worse. Someone suggested I might be dealing with Ehlers Danlos. I do not have a regular doctor and no health insurance but can see a doctor at a sliding scale clinic but did not know if this is what is going on if they would be able to help me. Any suggestions ?
There is the possibility of the musculoskeletal issue with partial neurologic component responsible for the severe pain and spasm in the lower back.
There is the definite requirement of consulting an expert to diagnose the issue, though primary relief with painkiller can be obtained, its not the solution.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
