Hi
Welcome to healhcaremagic
After going through your query I concluded that your mother is suffering from cervical spondylitis as she has pain and numbness in arm and hand. Now she has relieved of pain but have numbness. Treatment of it is Diacerine, glucosamine, Mecobalamin and analgesic such as ibuprofen for pain relief. Neck exercises are helpful. You can discuss with your Doctor about it. Hope your query get answered. If you have any clarification then please don't hesitate to write to us. I will be happy to answer your query.
Wishing you a good health. Take care.
