What Causes Severe Pain And Muscle Spasms In The Shoulder Despite Taking Aleve And Motrin?
I am having severe back shoulder blade stabbing pain and unbearable muscle spasms. I have tried Aleve, Motrin and topical icy hot rub. Also, I have tried a heating pad and also an ice pack. Nothing works for more than 1/2 hour. I have been having this for 4 days with no relief. Is going to the ER something I should do to get relief.
