Hi I m getting serve pain in my back I ve a dent in the lower lumber spine it s very painful I m also getting muscle spasms aswell and I m getting pins and needles right down to my toes and I m also getting pains going into my stomach what could that be

I think it is due to nerve compression in the cord that cause the problem.
Detailed examination by orthopaedics surgeon and MRI scan will help in the diagnosis.
Following treatment will helpful for period of 5-6 week
Tablet Pregabalin M one daily.
Tranadol for sevevre pain
Tablet Myospaz twice daily.
Local application of Volitran ointment
Hot compression
