What Causes Severe Pain And Cramps In The Lower Abdominal Region?

Hi I ve been having pain for about 3/4 months now with my lower right abdomen overy area now I got .y period a few days ago my cramps were really bad like when ur period first starts now I have the cramps and pain still in my side and I m now getting pain in my upper right leg

I really appreciate your concern, it could be dysmenorrhea such pain syndrome is very common in menses and it may not be due to ovary lesion, with the menses all the symptoms goes away very soon and it is nothing to worry hope this information helps.
