What Causes Severe Mood Swings, Abdominal Pains And Thirst For Water?

Hi The past few days i have noticed myself getting thirsty all the time no matter how much i drink im still thirsty... i have also been changing moods very quickly and having lower stomach pains. I sometimes feel very weak too and can often find myself having to eat something sugery to get out of it. Are you able to explain any of the above ?
