What Causes Severe Migraine, Dizziness And Nausea?

Good evening. I have been having mild headaches that turn into severe migraines for the past 6 months. It also feels like I have air bubbles popping inside my head and then I get lightheaded and feel dizzy and nauseous. I m not taking any medication and i m 29 years old. Can somebody tell me what is wrong with me?

Hello,

The narrated intensity of headache with dizziness and nausea can be part of various clinical conditions as
- Low hemoglobin

In my clinic, after thorough clinical examination, I suggest required reports of lab, radiology as CT scan or MRI for further guidelines of care and management.
