What Causes Severe Menstrual Cramps During Pregnancy?

I m 34 weeks pregnant and for a few hours I ve been getting what feels like extremely bad menstrual cramps. It s continuous pain with no peaks or breaks. I m also getting heavy pressure in my vagina and on my pelvic bone. I ve taken Tylenol and I m laying down and it s not gong away. Should I go in or wait?

Hi dear patient nice to hear your problem these cramps and heaviness are due to labour pain,you should consult ur desired gynaecologist for USG scan for the position of the baby for normal vaginal delivery or Csection,it might be pre mature delivery if u have severe labour pain at 34weeks.regards Dr wasif
