HI there I had my 2 an 1/2 years ago but I still seem tooo get a. Lot of severe lower back pain I had a normal birth but they used forceps and from then it really hurts especially if I lie flat on my back I really can't understand as I've never suffered with a back problem before can u please help I'm 29 and my height is 5 foot 8 inches
Hi, Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from chronic backache. It may be due to vitamin and trace element deficiencies specially vitamin D and vitamin B 12 and weakness of muscles and bone. You should get vitamin D3 and B12 tested.You need to done MRI to rule out other causes.Back exercises, neurotropics such as mecobalamine and analgesics (DICLOFENAC) give relief. Avoid long continuous standing. Sit in a straight posture. Eat milk, fruits and green leafy vegetables daily.You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it.
