What Causes Severe Lower Abdominal Pain Radiating Towards Lower Back?

I have really bad lower abdomial pain... the pain travels from my abdomen. To my lower back and down to my legs to the point were i feel my legs really weak i have the IUD on i been having it for over 6 months now i been experiencing. This pain for the last 2 months i also have pain everytime i have sexual. Intercourse. With my husban ... can u ease help me

Well come to HCM
If this is history of IUD then it need to be examined to see if the device is there on it place and no infection is there, but most of the time chances of infection is pretty enough, till the you can have NSIAD (Non-steroid Anti-inflammatory Drug ) and best drug would be Tab Ibuprofen 400 mg three times in day, hope this information helps, take care, have a nice day.
