What Causes Severe Itchy Red Skin After Using Hydroquinone Cream?

hi doctor i m naina i m havng some pigmentation on face due to use of hydroquinone cream..it is not suitable for my senstv skin nd it turns red and then irritated and aftr that black.. my skin is very sensitv to tretinoin or hydroquinone..i m hopls in reducng my pigmentation it is nt going and becme permanent .sometms it bcms lighter bt it is always there .like a patch ony chin and cheek area .please suggest me a good cream to remove that pigmentation and which cud also not react my sensitv skin

Hi!! I have gone through your complaints and you should totally avoid hydroquinone and tretinoin containing creams as they are not suiting you. First of all avoid sunexposure and make use of umbrella, sunglasses , hat and stole whenever out in the sun. Apply high SPF sunscreen on your entire face at intervals of 3-4 hours during the day time.You can use biluma cream on your pigmented areas twice daily. This cream is hydroquinone and tretinoin free and can be used by individuals with sensitive skin. This treatment can be continued for 4-6 weeks and you can revert back to me for follow up.
