to treat severe indigestion you have to drink plenty of water, juices, take 2 table spoon of Isabgoal with warm milk at night, take small glass of fresh wheat grass juice early morning empty stomach and don't have anything till one hour... these all things will solve your problem of indigestion... and for cold.. do steam inhalation 3to 4 times a day,and if problem persists consult doctor
