What Causes Severe Hip, Groin And Thigh Pain?

I have 3 herniated discs in lumbar region. I also have MS . But my pain is in my hip, groin and front thigh. Had a hip replacement but had X-ray and hip doc says it is fine and pain comes from back. It is so painful and shortens my stride. Now the pain is in the other front thigh also. What could this be

they can affect one or both limb
You had ho replacement buy pain will persist due to prolapse disc
Avoid sternous activities
do core strengthening exercise
for neurological pain you can try pregabalin
however please do consult orthopedics surgeon before starting treatment so that you can be examined properly
