Hello dear user!
Welcome to HCM!

I understand very well your concern.

Since you have removed your gallbladder you will have gastric symptoms and dyspepsia because the biliar acids produced from the liver don't go to the bowel regularly and when you take foods.

So you have to keep a balanced diet for a long time, avoid spicy foods, salty and fat foods in your diet.

The heartburn can be treated with ranitidine or omeprazole like you have done until now.
It seems like you have a gastric inflammation right now since you feel uncomfortable.

I would recommend you to see your gastro-enterologist doctor and a gastro-scopy may be required to see your inner upper digestive tract.

Take care and I hope you will be fine soon.
Kind regards!
DR ERIOL.
