What Causes Severe Headaches In A Chronic Kidney Patient Post Intake Of Angispan?

Sir I am a chronic kidney patient,sugarand BP also having at present under going dialysis weekly 3 times now iam. using ecosprin 75 tablet but now Doctor changed Deplat A75daily 1 time and additional ANGISPAN TR 2.5mg daily 2 times after taking this ANGISPAN Iam having headach Shall itake this tablets contionously give suggestion

angispan is a vasodilator drug and headache ll be there due to vasodilation , if you are getting regular headache better to stop that and change over to other
