Hello,

The following are few causes of your headache:
1) Migraine headache
2) Cluster headache
3) Tension headache
4) Headache due to brain tumor
5) Headache due to nasal spur, nasal septum deviation
6) Headache due to sinusitis

You need thorough clinical evaluation. You may require the following investigations:
1) MRI brain and spinal cord
2) Nasal examination

Please do consult a neuro-physician as Vasograin and Amitriptyline didn't help you.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Pallavi M., Anesthesiologist
