What Causes Severe Headaches, Black Out Spells And Bump On Right Collarbone?

okay well three things that i am worried about. I am two weeks late for my period. Along with that, when i get really bad headaches, it makes like my vision go black. should i be worried. This is probably just a bug bite, but i found a small bump around my right collar bone, but it just hurts really really bad when i touch it. what does that mean? if it means anything

As per my clinical experience, tender bump around collar bone indicates hematoma formation following bug bite. The visual disturbances with headache sound in relation with secondary manifestations of bug bite and systemic inflammatory response issue.
