General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service.
I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The headache and irregular heart beats issue is due to side effect of Norethisterone consumed in the form of Noriday.

You should stop consuming Noriday at present and consult your OBGY for further alternatives.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Purva Patel
