What Causes Severe Headaches Along With Chest Pain And Cough?

I am having severe headaches, I have chest congestion, with cough, runny nose, and a rash on my forearm. I have been taking medication for allergies, chest congestion and headache and doing a nettie pot. I cannot get rid of the headache. Also have not gone number 2 in 2 days.

You should go for blood routine investigations and chest x ray if there is any chest signs on auscultation. Antibiotic therapy will be required in case of positive signs of infection. A consultation with your physician is well appreciated.
