Kenalog is a potent steroidal injection that may present with certain adverse effects.
And one of the adverse effects is Glaucoma. If you have persistent headaches, with gradual loss of vision, it would be preferable to have your intraocular pressure checked out (IOP).
However, if it doesn’t not persist and recurs, then it is a milder side effect and can be controlled with anti-migraine management (depending on severity).

Kenalog (triamcinolone) does not have any interactions with your other medications to cause migraines/other side effects.
