What Causes Severe Headache , Floaters And Blurred Vision After Being Treated For Prolactinoma?

Hi a few years ago I was diagnosed with a prolactinoma. I was treated with bromochryptin for 3 years and told it dissolved itself. Over the last year I began to develop frequent headaches, floaters, some diminished hearing, visual changes such as eye pressure and blurriness and increasing forgetfulness. Do you think this could be related to my previous issue? The reason I ask is because I also have milk in my breast but I m not pregnant?

Hello!

My name is Dr. Aida and I am glad to attend you on Healthcaremagic!

Your symptoms are suggestive of a hormonal imbalance, probably related to your previous prolactinoma, which does not seem to be completely cured.
For this reason, I would recommend performing prolactine levels and other hormones (thyroid hormone levels, GnRH, etc.), coupled with a new brain MRI study.
You should discuss with your endocrinologist on the above issues.
Hope you will find this answer helpful!
Best regards!
