What Causes Severe Headache, Fever And Unable To Drive Without Sun Glasses?

my daughter is 24 yrs old and for the last 14 days she has a bad headache been to 2drs. and 2. ers. cant keeper her 4 yr old daughter do to noise , she has to wear sun glass to go in light and not been able to drive or go to work. nothing will stop this pain . now she is got fever with it . need help in what to do.

Your daughter's problem is most likely a sinusitis which gives the same clinical picture.I treat such condition with nasal decongesants in form of nasal drops or oral and antibiotics.Steam inhalation also gives some relief.If not improving i advise my patients for paranasl sinus x ray and for some relevant cases i recommend MRI.A sinus puncture and drainage will be necessary for those which not responding to antibiotics and conservative measures.Hope this may help you.
