What Causes Severe Headache, Cold And Swollen Neck Glands?

I have had a bad cold for 2 weeks but in the last three days I have almost been bedridden with a severe headache, swollen neck glands and my neck hurts me severely. The entire front of my face is sore and also sore in the back. I get hot and cold.gin

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the cold condition with bacterial infection then it may needs anti-biotic, it may be sinusitis if I would be doctor of this case the I would treat this case with Tab Erythromycin 500 mg three times in day with Tab Loratadine 10 mg and Pseudoephedrine three times in day, try steam inhalation for headache Tab Acetaminophen with Ibuprofen can be tried hope this information helps.
