What Causes Severe Headache And Broken Blood Vessel In The Right Eye?

I have had a horrible headache all day. The pain radiates in the forehead down thru my eyes and on the left side of my head. In addition I now have bursts blood vessels in my right eye. What s the cause? Should I be concerned? Thank you in advance for any advice you may have.

You have to check your blood pressure first,,as this is the signs of high blood pressure,,this bursting blood vessels will resolve by its self but give it some time..
