What Causes Severe Foot Pain Despite Having Diabetes And High Blood Pressure?

I have been having severe pain in mostly my left foot but it has happened in my right foot.This pain wakes me up from sound sleep even after having taken Narco and a muscle relaxer and it is a pain unlike regular cramps i have had in the past.I am diebetic and have high blood pressure.Also the foot and toes get really stiff.

it is mostly claudication pain once get lipid profile done.... try with GTN tablets sos... n propranolol tabs od
